How To Make Money | Avoid Cash Gifting
Here We Go Again!
There are so many websites on the internet telling you how to make money. However, over the last couple of years, an old 'get rich quick' scheme called cash gifting has gained a lot of internet momentum.
Cash gifting comes in several disguises. Nonetheless, it can be summed up as a club where one person gives money to a current club member (a 'gift'), giving them access to the club, along with the right to recruit other people to solicit 'gifts' from.
The biggest problem which we have with cash gifting are the risks. These risks have been identified and analyzed in the articles throughout this website. While it is our opinion that you should avoid cash gifting all together, our purpose is to give you as much information as possible, and allow you to make your decision based on the information.
With that being said, ask youself this specific question. If you were a novice, and had no knowledge or experience whatsoever regarding how to make money, which would make more sense; (i) a company which costs absolutely nothing to join, is selling retail products to customers who want them, and gives you the majority of the revenue; or (ii) a club which charges you fees to join, fees which are sent to absolute strangers in untraceable cash, and offers nothing for your money other than the ability to recruit other members?
The reason why we ask you to answer this question from the perspective of a novice, is because often times our judgement has already become clouded after having seen or engaged in even one of the myriad of money making programs on the internet.
That being said, the rational novice will answer (i) about 100% of the time. The difference between the two selections is that the first shows you how to make money, while the second, which is obviously cash gifting, shows you how to take money. The first is an actual legitimate business with no grey area, while the other is nothing but grey area.
We proudly state that anything which we are involved in fits neatly into Category (i) 100% of the time.
Zero Cost. Zero Obligation.

Cash Gifting: Legal or Illegal?
Every single cash gifting program which attempts to pass cash gifting off as an opportunity to make money uses the exact same logic to try and explain its legality. Cash gifting administrators point to the language of the United States IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511, which states that:
This is NOT How To Make Money
We have compiled a list of reasons why anyone who is trying to figure out how to make money should steer clear of cash gifting. While this list is not exhaustive, you get the picture.
1. Looks too much like the traditional pyramid/ponzi scheme.
2. You will be required to send a fairly large sum of money to complete strangers.
3. You will have a difficult time convincing other strangers to send money to a stranger (ie. YOU).
4. You almost never know who the administrator really is, meaning that they are trying to hide from you. People usually hide when they have something to hide.
5. If you send or receive cash in an envelope to or from a different country, you might be flagged by customs or border security. (This HAS happened!)
6. You should be proud of what your are doing by making money, not taking money. Plus, you should never have to give someone money before you can make money.
7. Case law and statutes point to cash gifting being an illegal activity. The tax code has absolutely nothing to do with the legality of the structure of cash gifting.
8. Dealing with cash sent via courier is very time consuming, and severly handicaps your ability to truely make money.
9. Many cash gifting programs will lead you to believe that they will "close" your recruits for you and have them send you the money, when in reality you do all of the marketing, and they have the recruits send them the money.
10. Here's an oldie but goodie. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
While I could probably give you a hundred reasons why cash gifting is not how to make money, I promised that my list would not be exhaustive, so I will keep it short. I am sure that you get the picture.

Beware of The Wolf in Cash Gifting
One thing that you should be aware of, is the fact that cash gifting programs also come in disguise. A wolf in sheep's clothing, so to speak. While I will not mention them by name, I have seen many programs which attempt to make themselves appear as a legitimate business, by attaching a product to the gift. For example, I witnessed one program which required that you purchase a particular software for $200. Thereafter, you could sell the software for $200. Meanwhile, if you were to do a search on the internet, you could easily purchase this software for $5.
How Do You Define Cash Gifting?
If you are reading or hearing of cash gifting for the first time, you are almost certainly wondering what exactly it involves, and how it can benefit you, if at all.
Nonetheless, the definition of the term "cash gifting" is highly dependant upon the context in which it is being used.
